The
Lancers
only
lasted
5
years
in
the
old
ACHL.
This
jersey
has
a
lot
of
game
use
and
fair
amount
of
blood
on
it.

The
team
was
billed
as
Staten
Island's
first
pro
entry
but
played
their
games
in
New
Jersey
and
Virginia
before
folding.
(They
did
start
a
second
year
in
Troy
NY
but
ceased
operations
shortly
thereafter.)
Of
course,
Hammer's
legendary
#8
jersey
was
issued
to
him
when
he
joined
the
team.
