The 1989-90 Vancouver Canucks Find
Where did all the 20 year patch jerseys go to, well stop looking because here they are. This Unbelievable 13 Jersey find was just uncovered and has been lying dormant since 1990. This is a part of the missing set of jerseys that Canucks collectors have always wondered about. Almost every jersey has fantastic game use with stick marks, team repairs and of course blood. We uncovered one of the only NHL Vladimir Krutov (Famed Russian KLM Line) Jerseys known in the hobby, also a unprecedented Igor Larionov (Famed Russian KLM Line) Rookie jersey that has great game use and is photo matched.

Igor Larionov - CCM Ultrafil Knit, Size. 20th Anniversary Patch. This jersey just goes to show you never pass judgment on a jersey until you have uncovered every stone. This jersey has a nameplate change and number changes. The font on the nameplate does not even match any jersey from this year. 99% of the hobby would think its someone trying to fake a Rookie Larionov. Think again its REAL. Larionov was first issued a bigger jersey which was the Capuano jersey below, Capuano was issued a small jersey the Larionov, they had to switch jerseys, hence the blood all over this jersey its Capuano's. Since Larionov was #18 and Capuano was #28 meant an easy switch. Now for the nameplate font not matching, this change was done in house in the locker room. The Canucks training staff used old font letters dating back to the Sandow SK jerseys of the early 80's, hence the different font. You can see the goofy font in the photo match. Look at the "A".
